Cancellation Policy

Orders or services may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
– Duplicate payment
– Failed transaction with deducted amount
– Service not delivered due to technical issues

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:
– Completed services
– User errors
– Violation of terms and conditions
